Would I recommend Richard and IFA Essex?

My normal reply would be ' Sorry but I dont believe in recommending people as it often bites you in the proverbial and then you feel bad' That said Richard is one of only two people I would recommend, In fact I recommended him to the other ' recommendee' who's only regret was that he did not listen to me 5 years sooner..

I could write paragraphs about how trustworthy, efficient, professional etc etc Richard is but it is as simple as this...  If Richard cannot get you the best deal out there nobody else can, including people that will charge infinitely more for the privilege.
