question Where are you based and do I have to meet with you face to face?
answer IFA Essex are based in Stanford-le-Hope, Essex.  Our advisors would be happy to meet with you to discuss your requirements, or alternatively we can conduct meetings over the telephone or even email.

question How much will advice cost?
answer IFA Essex tailor our services to meet each client’s requirements, therefore there is no fixed price list as such.  However, your initial consultation is free and of course you are under no obligation to proceed if you so wish.  If you do go ahead with what we recommend, then we will detail costs and charges for you.  IFA Essex can work for you on a commission or fee-paying basis. 

question Do you offer a free consultation?
answer Yes we do.  You first initial consultation with us is free.  If you do go ahead we will list clearly the likely charges and costs.  You are under no obligation to proceed with our recommendations

question Is your advice impartial and independent?
answer IFA Essex will select investments from a wide range of products available in the market.  We do not solely work for one insurance company, bank or investment house.  This enables us to have your best interests at heart.

question Will my financial adviser have the necessary qualifications?
answer At IFA Essex we have a wealth of knowledge and experience and training is an on-going priority to enable us to provide you with the best possible information.  Details of our adviser’s qualifications are available on request.

question I’m really not sure if I need advice – what should I do?
answer Talking to us is free, we will ensure you understand the costs and benefits before you make any kind of commitment.  We are happy to answer any questions you may have, no matter how big or small.  

question Do I have to complete any financial planning questionnaires?
answer Our adviser will need to complete a detailed Fact Find questionnaire in order for us to be able to offer you the best and most suitable advice for you.  This questionnaire will give us an overview of your current circumstances.  All of your details will be treated with the strictest of confidence.  

question Will you be able to review my plans in the future?
answer IFA Essex will send you regular updates on how your investments are doing.  We can also offer our clients a yearly review service.

question What happens if I choose to not go ahead with the recommendations?
answer In most cases we do not charge you if you wish to not act on our advice.  If possible, it would be useful to have your feedback as to why you do not go ahead with our recommendations.  This helps us to improve on our service in the future.
